Ralph Frank First Responder of the Year Award

This summer, the Lynchburg Exchange Club recognized Officer J. Williams with the Lynchburg Police Department as their Ralph Frank First Responder of the Year. Officer J. Williams was recognized for his dedication, superior performance, and commitment to partnering with and protecting the Lynchburg community. We thank him and all first responders for their service and sacrifices.
