Each year the Club awards a $1,500 scholarship to an area student for Youth of the Year. This year we were proud to award Jillian Michelle Jurkow from Rustburg High School. This award is for students who have demonstrated consistently high performance in academics, extracurricular, and community service. throughout their high school years.
